About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager with strong data domain expertise to lead and coordinate high-impact initiatives for a major US airlines client. This role bridges onsite HQ leadership with offshore GCC (Global Capability Center) teams, driving delivery excellence across AWS-based Data Engineering and Data Science programs.

What You’ll Do

Lead full project lifecycle for data engineering and data science initiatives—from initiation through delivery and hypercare.
Define project scope, milestones, and success KPIs in alignment with airline business goals
Work closely with product, design, and support teams to improve the overall customer journey.
Collect and relay feedback to help shape product improvements and feature development.
Monitor support trends and help optimize internal support workflows.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience managing Data Engineering and/or Data Science projects in a cloud environment
Solid understanding of AWS data services (S3, Glue, Redshift, EMR, Athena, SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions)
A calm, empathetic mindset and problem-solving instincts.
Comfortable using modern tools like Intercom, Notion, Slack, and more.
Someone who loves turning challenges into positive outcomes and thrives in fast-paced environments.
